Friday’s Favorite

I intended to forego today’s Friday’s Favorite.  However, after much time in the Word and prayer, I believe this song is the perfect introduction to my five-part series ” Actions Do Speak Louder… “.

Search your heart, allow the Holy Spirit to use the truths of this song to set the tone for your weekend.

Luke 5: 30-32 ” But the Pharisees and their teachers of religious law complained bitterly to Jesus’ disciples, “Why do you eat and drink with such scum ?” Jesus answered them, “Healthy people don’t need a doctor — sick people do.  I have come to call sinners to turn from their sins, not to spend my time with those who think they are already good enough.”

There is joy, hope and peace in knowing the Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Everyday is a new day to share the the glorious Gospel message of grace and forgiveness; the blessings of hope; the Father God's eternal promises; and the importance of living daily in the will of God according to the Scriptures, especially now with the world in chaos and uncertainty. My life before I repented of all my sin, was washed clean by the blood of the Lamb of God-- Jesus Christ and was born again; was one of utter selfishness in every aspects of my life. I lived for ME and only me! Now I live for my Lord and soon coming King, rejoicing daily. I earnestly desire to share the message of the Gospel, encourage sisters/brothers in Christ by fervent prayer and studying the Holy Scriptures more each day. 1. I love Casting Crown songs. They are so biblical based and inspiring for my walk with God. And this one especially makes me thing twice about Jesus and what it means to be His hands and feet in this world.

Thanks for sharing. 🙂 Be blessed!
