The Joy of Serving a Holy God

Romans 12:1-5  Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faithFor just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. HolinessIt may be a new year, but our Father and Lord Jesus Christ remain the same!  What a joy that He never changes.  Romans 12 is a special portion of Scripture to me.  May you be blessed by the Word!   Streim

Author:

There is joy, hope and peace in knowing the Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Everyday is a new day to share the the glorious Gospel message of grace and forgiveness; the blessings of hope; the Father God's eternal promises; and the importance of living daily in the will of God according to the Scriptures, especially now with the world in chaos and uncertainty. My life before I repented of all my sin, was washed clean by the blood of the Lamb of God-- Jesus Christ and was born again; was one of utter selfishness in every aspects of my life. I lived for ME and only me! Now I live for my Lord and soon coming King, rejoicing daily. I earnestly desire to share the message of the Gospel, encourage sisters/brothers in Christ by fervent prayer and studying the Holy Scriptures more each day. 1. I know Pastor J. Seems there are far too many in our ‘churches’ tossing sound judgement out the window along with sound doctrine.
      Thanks for stopping by. Blessings
