Friday’s Message in Music (a day late…)

I cry aloud with my voice to the Lord; I make supplication with my voice to the Lord.  I pour out my complaint before Him; I declare my trouble before Him.   When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, You knew my path.  In the way where I walk they have hidden a trap for me.  Look to the right and see; For there is no one who regards me; There is no escape for me; No one cares for my soul.  I cried out to You, O Lord; I said, “You are my refuge, My portion in the land of the living.  Psalm 142:1-5  NASB
As long as we are in this world, we will have trials and troubles.  Knowing we have a Father who hears our cries of help, as well as our words of worship is a comfort.   May it bless you as well.  ♥ Streim

Streim’s Saturday Sharing

morning prayer

Luke 6:46-49 Why do you call Me, ‘Lord, Lord’, and do not do what I say?  Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and acts on them, I will show you whom he is like: he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when a flood occurred, the torrent burst against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well builtBut the one who has heard and has not acted accordingly, is like a man who built a house on the ground without any foundation; and the torrent burst against it and immediately it collapsed, and the ruin of that house was great.”

Friday’s Message in Music

Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have relieved me in my distress; Be gracious to me and hear my prayer. O sons of men, how long will my honor become a reproach? How long will you love what is worthless and aim at deception? SelahBut know that the LORD has set apart the godly man for Himself; The LORD hears when I call to Him. Tremble, and do not sin; Meditate in your heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, And trust in the LORD. Many are saying, ‘Who will show us any good?’ Lift up the light of Your countenance upon us, O LORD! You have put gladness in my heart, More than when their grain and new wine abound In peace I will both lie down and sleep, For You alone, O LORD, make me to dwell in safety.”  Psalm 4 NASB

The only words I can add is have a blessed day.  ♥ Streim
