Just For My Mother

It has been six years since my “mummy” went home to be with the Lord.  I was with her the last three months of her life~~she was terminal and wanted to stay in her home, I respected that and stayed by her side 24 hours a day.  They day she passed, I held her hand and said, “It’s ok mom…take Jesus hand”.  <starting to get a little teary here so I’ll shorten this>

Our relationship wasn’t a lifetime of happy memories, it was far from that.  However, in God’s amazing grace, seven months prior to her diagnosis, we became very close.

When I was a very young girl, about 5, my mother taught me  song.

This is my dedication to you my Mummy–
